[Q] VivoW HBOOT 0.98 ( But has S-OFF )

Hi,
I know that my question is so noob, but I still wanna ask.
I have an Incredible 2, running 2.3.4 (Stock room with many Verizon apps ), have HBOOT 0.98, but when I check in my bootloader, I saw it already have S-OFF.

So, I want to ask Is there anyway to root or install Clockwork mode recovery, without downgrade it to 0.97 :)

If its already s-off, then Judy fastboot a recovery IMG.

    Install a recovery, you don't need anything else.. after that, flash any rom you want
