You probably should get an updated firmware. DO NOT LOSE THAT S-OFF or lock bootloader.

---------- Post added at 05:12 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:09 PM ----------

Download: http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ota_m7_...-63-707-4_release_350432vv58wn1jy1a88n9h-zip/, extract firmware.zip and flash it twice . DO NOT touch S-OFF or lock Bootloader. This should work as is.

Fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip (yes twice)
fastboot reboot-bootloader

Once that is done, reflash recovery, and then reflash the TWRP custom rom install process.

Hi I don't think that this problem is due to old firmware
Are you sure flashing firmware will solve this problem
I don't want to mess this problem more
I am unable to wipe /data directory in twrp
And by Google search I didn't find any definate solution
