hello! I have a tablet "energy Smailo 9.7" and can not access recovery mode. I tried all combinations of buttons "Volume + / - and Power Button" but nothing works. The back has a little button that must be pressed with a toothpick to reset. Can someone help me to get into download mode / recovery mode? thank you .

How to rewrite firmware to smilo energy tab 7

Here's the way:

Install Pheonix suite 5(last version)
Download firmware from here :i can't put the link here, search on internet nuclear 6225 firmware download(XW711 v1.6 nuclear_6225-eng 4.0.4 IMM76D 20121210)
In pc suite press firmware select the file
Press upgrade
Close tablet
Press long volume
Connect to pc with micro usb cable
Press power shortly about several times, till the tablet is recognized to pc
After that the soft will be replaced(do not select full format)
When is finished the tablet will restart, will appear an error, but after that she will work

The firmware installs, but the touch very often is unresponsive and sometime when i press on something, it presses something else.

I mention thta the touch was working fine before firmware update. I needed to flash another firmware because of the "too many pattern attempts"

We could use some another software for this tablet?
