Download problem

After I installed a custom Rom I didn't like it so it I went back to my stock Rom rooted...now I can't download or save to my internal sdcard. Only thing I can do is download and install from play store.
Any suggestions.....

Didn't work. ..I just flashed stock and now in in the process of resorting evening back
