Hi,
I got zerolemon tri-cell battery with rugged case for my GT-N7100,
when i fixed the new battery and the rugged case the phone keeps restarting from time to time (i guess its caused by the rugged case as its pressing on the power button)
anyhow after around 10 to 15 times rebooting in 5 hours all the media and folders in my gallery disappeared DCIM, whats app, viber, screen shot everything
but the items i moved to KNOX still there what is weird that the storage space still reserved its not empty. which i suppose that everything still there but hidden
i can't access to it by Astro file manager or by connecting it to my PC i can't find anything.
please help
