SOLUTION
my HOX was having the same screen problem,
IT IS NOT A SOFTWARE PROBLEM, IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE HARDWARE PROBLEM
so factory reset the handset and all these stuff will not solve anything
i took mine to an HTC repair center and they knew about the solution before opening the handset and told me there is microprocessors on the motherboard needs to be replaced, tested then:
-if it worked, the repair will cost me 120$
-if not, have to pay 30$ as labor and the new replaced part will stay in and the unit state unrepairable.
unfortunately mine have no warranty and paid the full amount, phone worked perfectly for 2 weeks, and problem appeared again 2 days ago,
still did not get back to HTC repair center to see if they will pay me back, will update the post later,
and the funny is when first got back the phone, touch screen was not fully glued, as i could see the gap between screen and touch.
so i advice everyone that is having this problem to fight for a replacement if there phone still under warranty
Thanks.
