I'm having the same issue. Just after i updated my Samsung Galaxy S4, I attempted to use utorrent but kept getting the "no such file directory" error. I noticed I only get the error when downloading stuff to my external SD card. It works perfectly fine, however, when I download to the phone's internal storage. I had no issues before the update. Let me know if you find a solution.
