This is meant for the newest roms ie: aosp, cm, aokp source builds. Kernels from source also. If you are porting a rom, it belongs in the normal development section, not here. Stock, I repeat stock roms; ones from Samsung themselves as in new versions; can go here.

Also for this section. Roms an kernels that bring forth something revolutionary that other roms do not have.

And by stock he means only firmware tar files not themed or cooked stock ROMs. Those go in regular development!
