[Q] HTC SoundRecorder.apk for OTA

need help, i can't OTA when installing it says "/data/preload/HtcSoundRecorder.apk" no such file,..
then i push sound recorder apk to data/preload, it said "/data/preload/HtcSoundRecorder.apk" has unexpected contents.. instalation aborted

i think all my soundrecorder i download didnt match,.. so anyone can help me?.. my phone cid Htc_004 , thanks before
