[Q] Whastapp notification lag

I'me using stock rom with stock kernel. For about two weeks notifications from whatsapp comes always late or not at all. I have to check manually all the time. I've searched the internet for the problem and executed all the suggestions on the official web site bu problem still persists. Any suggestion?

Did you greenify WhatsApp? If yes, don't greenify it. If no, try to delete app data.

thank you for responding. I will try deleting app data since I don't use greenify Also when I check the task manager, it is always active.

I have the exact same problem, I've not been able to get to the bottom of it.

Reinstall

Try reinstalling whatsapp

I had same problem but after I rooted my one v the problem was gone.I suggest you to root your android.:thumbup:
