Xperia Z won't go past the Sony Logo! HELP PLEASE!!!

Just recently flashed cyanogenmod onto my Sony a few days ago. Wasn't for me so i decided to try and flash Doomlord's advanced stock kernel back onto my phone but cyanogenmod wouldn't come off. I decided to wipe all data from system, SD card, the lot and see if that would work by using cwm recovery but all that is happening now is the phone won't make it past the Sony logo, and occasionally just turns grey after that! I have tried wiping cache and wipe factory settings but no luck, also tried flashing a different ROM but still no luck, if someone could help me make progress then that would be great thanks, I still have hope left for my trusty Sony!

doom lords kernel is only for stock OS
you can do one thing bro
download stock FTF of the firmware and flash it using flashtool
let me know if you need help

I have tried doing that but it says "Preparing files for flashing" and then " Cannot delete C:\Flashtool\.\firmwares\prepared\system.sin"

Also my phone wont stay on fast boot mode long enough, it turns back onto the grey screen

You haveto put your phone in flashmode for flashing
flashmode is hold volume down key and connect usb

Won't let me, whenever i hold down and connect USB, it turns red and then green for a slight moment or is that supposed to happen? and whenever it does, it stay like that for one, maybe two minutes before the screen turns gray again

Did you run the flashtool as administrator? Because it looks that the issue is with rights on the Windows filesystem.

Got it working, I simply reinstalled cyanogenmod and that got it working in no time. No idea why that's all it took but hey ho, got my Z back!
