I enter and read through this thread today and maybe you have already have found answer to your 2 years old question...
But if not, the solution exist if you are using xposed framework: StopSwitchDelay - Remove 5s Delay To Open Apps After Pressing Home Button by GermainZ

I love this app. Works perfectly on my Note 4 on L5.1.1 stock & un-rooted.
PS. can u add the feature to have GloveBox on both edges. Plus each side with it's own apps, not a duplicate. So 'left side' can be our most used apps for example, & 'right side' can open social media apps/shortcuts. (as an in-app purchase of course :)
I think this will propel Glovebox to the top app of 2015 - 2016 and i know people will pay to get this added feature, i will.

@fmaster1 the app crashes when i try to open it. log attached below. my device is samsung galaxy y duos gt-s6102,running factory stock rooted gingerbread 2.3.6 rom.

Great app! Been using the pro version on my edge for a while now, just upgraded to Nexus 6p running Marshmallow and I can't seen to add folders. Starts off just fine but when I press enter to name the folded my kb goes away and I'm not able to add the folder. Sorry if this has been answered already I read back a few pages and didn't see anything. Again, great app in looking forward to having different bars on each side. Abby hero would be appreciated.

Seeing the same thing on my own nexus 6p running marshmallow. Thought i was going crazy.

Is anyone's bookmark folder empty? I am trying to add a bookmark to a custom folder. When I go to add>shortcut>bookmarks there is nothing there. Nexus 6p, 6.0.1 rooted

Yes - empty on my Nexus 5x and I can't remember a phone where it has been anything but empty.

No idea why sadly - this is the only reason I still have the Facebook app installed rather than going the Chrome notifications route..

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry for the time is taking to the update, it's a big one, i hope with most of the bugs fixed but with new features too, like recent apps.
    Here's a screenshot of how it looks like:

    It will have the same principle of lift the finger to select. Any feedback is appreciated.

    Thank you for who installed the test version.
    I uploaded a new update to the Play Store (2.0.8).
    Screen freezing should be fixed now. Has some other fixes and improvements.
    No icons pack yet :eek:, maybe on the next update.

    This app will not replace the play store version. As this is a test version, premium will not work, but you can add widgets to test.
    Please report any bugs via pm or email.
