Hello Guys We( The SuperDevs Team ) have successfully rooted Nokia XL RM-1030 and installed all Google services like :
1. Play store
2. G-settings
3. Gmail
4. Google Now integration
5. Google Experience launcher.
6. Hangouts
and also Installed and successfully run TWRP touch Recovery v2.7.0.2 , but unable to run CWM on Nokia XL .

We've also Designed a Tool ( Ultimate Nokia X Platform Tool v 1.0 ) to perform following actions :
1. Root/Un-Root Nokia X Platform Devices.
2. CWM , TWRP , Stock Recovery installation .
3. Insecured Kernel Installation .
