[Q] sky vega im a800s youtube not working

i have sky vega im a800s...
youtube problem cannot play youtube in any browser or youtube app.
in browser youtube site is not opening... and in youtube app message always appear.. "These was a problem starting up. Check your netwotk connection and system time."
I already change the date and time and i also check my connection... all is good..

please help me with my problem...

android version 4.1.2 JZO54K
MIUI Version MIUI-4.1.3

reinstall youtube app
if problem persist then wipe data or install stock rom
