[Q] Notification sounds in i9505

Hi, Guys.

There seems to be an quirk in my i9505. the notifications sounds frequently turns itself off and I cannot move or manipulate the control bar in sounds volume. If I turn the unit off and on after a minute or so. the notification sound volume can again be adjusted. After sometime, about 15 minutes, the sounds are off again.

Is there anybody out there who can help me out.

Any assistance is highly appreciated.

I did the hard reset thrice. Since the third ( that is about 24 hours ago), the unit has behaved normally. The notification sounds has remained as it was, no change.

Anyway, I did dial as per your instructions and the screen shot is attached.
