-Reboot

-Wipe cache
-Wipe dalvik,
-Format system...(in cwm first mount system and them format system)
-Instal zip from sd card
-Install MOTORAZR ROM
-Reboot

Recommendation: if you come another ROM, I recommend first installing the stock firm Retail EU, and then the ROM

I had the same trouble with **ROM** PrimeMobile One.
On the other hand are 'One V.2.3.0' and Omars Rom working fine.

You can't install ROM and toggles at the same time.

I just wanted to thank you big time!, I have flashed and installed your ROM onto a xt890 that someone gave me to fo fix cuz it was stuck at boot, I tried many things and after many hours of working on this phone, I found this thread, followed your instructions and now the phone is back up and running!, the ROM seems great, its all working on the phone I have found no issues!
