[Q] how to back up everything befor flashing a rom?

hello guys :) i just wanna ask how to bake up all the stuff on my grand to restore it after flashing a new rom :) if its possible to do that as a zip file to flash it through cwm ;) and plz i need the step by step way to do that if it was by using tetanium back up :) thanx alot in advanced :)

Firstly it is backup and not bake up.:p:p

And why do you need to make the backup as a flashable zip. You're making things more complicated.

Just backup through CWM by going to backup and restore>backup to storage/sdcard1 or 0.

You can simply restore it by going to backup and restore>restore and select your restoration file.

To restore just go to backup and restore>restore from sdcard1.

    Use titanium backup to backup user apps
    Use cmw recovery to backup full rom
