Lol.....if you look the strand of what ever on my finger, it was very hard to see with my eyes.
I've been working with my camera every day and I'm amazed (no pun intended) at what it can do.

Mine are not attachment thumbnails.
Little tip using macro: get a close as you can with no zoom then focus. After that zoom in to get even closer. If need be focus once again. Try and keep your phone very still the entire time.
Also use portrait to take somewhat close pics as well. In between 4foot to 6inch. They also come out great.

Getting ready to put my (wife's) trusty HD2 out to pasture (eBay) and wanted to get a little practice with my new Amaze's camera - since it was the feature that sold me on moving on from the HD2.
Both pics are in Macro, Indoors with overhead CFL lighting, no flash, while holding my infant daughter, cropped, and then scaled down to 800px, and then 640px since I don't have enough posts to embed pictures.
I have to admit that I was initially disappointed with the muddiness and artifacting in the pictures I was getting, but with some practice, and a lot of trial and error, I think I'll be well satisfied.
