Performance Boost
I just checked AnTuTu Benchmark and I am scoring 5058 (with everything turned on) now... increase of about 200 points (in airplane mode). The main increase is in the RAM and CPU sections. I'll give it another whirl later without the wifi and other stuff on, just to make a fair comparison.
I want to get back root because my SD tweak requires it and ICS reverted the settings back to the old slow settings.

1. Camera works but preview screen is messed up with a double image
2. Voice recording crashes when you try to open the recording list
3. Speakers will periodically pop when using keyboard
4. Battery life seems affected but can't com firm that
I'll post more if I find them. None of these this bother me though. Everything I mentioned I use my iPhone for anyway. The leak is highly usable and very smooth and fast. Everything you'd expect from an ICS update

Agreed, I really want to try this. Put it somewhere that doesn't have bandwidth limits like mediafire if possible. Dropbox proves it can't handle the bandwidth

Well, the first link worked long enough for me to get a download out of it thankfully. If I get it to flash correct (the last zip was corrupted, need to make sure this isn't.) Then I'll upload it for you guys, and I accept it belongs to vache, but people need links noaw.

I don't own an A100 so i can't test. At least the A500 version is working well, so there's no reasons this one does not work.
To flash it, put the zip file on your external_sd, then rename the file to update.zip, and finally reboot in recovery. The flash process will automatically be launch.2
Yes you can downgrade. To downgrade from ics to hc. Download this rom.This rom Can be updated to the new hc 3.2.1. http://vache-android.com/v1/download.php?fileID=109. Than when it done shut off your tablet and do the hard reset to get hc to work
