[Q] Cant load custom-ROMs

Hi Guys,

I have installI custom-ROM on my HTC Desire S but after wipe cache, dalvik and reboot it stuck in HTC white screen or it reset to recovery after 15sec.
I tried about 4 ROMs and i have this problem as well.
I can go to recovery and bootloader.
I also tried official RUU-ROM but it stuck in "sending"...

Any help is appreciated!

More info is always a good idea...

Panel type?
Did you flash boot.img?
What ROMs are you trying?
Etc etc etc

PANEL:
SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.00.0002
RADIO-3822.10.08.04_M
eMMC-boot

I tried "Ice cream saga FINAL", "CoolDroid.Revolution.v.9.0" and "cm-7.2.0-saga"
i flash boot.img but it stuck in dark screen.

flash boot image inside rom .zip file , flash it vai adb or use htc desire s all in one tool kit ..
