Finally found a way to solve "not available in your country" in the playstore .. I don't know if this way is in any thread So if there is please mention
1- Download " Vpn one click " you get US and UK for free from the playstore
2-choose a country
3-wipe playstore cache
Done
-you can exit vpn but DON'T wipe playstore cache or you will have to repeat all of this
