Xperia sp screen flickering in JB4.3

The 4.3 update has two big problems:
1: Screenflickering (according to parasense and some others it is a kernel issue?)
2: RAM

Both problems are in some way software related. However I never encounterd the Screen issue ( :angel: ) so thank God for that. I believe this is more of a hardware issue but I am not sure......
The RAM issue is a bigger issue and Doomlord is trying to fix it (see his DoomKernel thread) We are forced to wait until Sony pushes an update.. Which will be here soon see this thread: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2516663

but here's the report:
Memory management problem is fixed...
Led works perfect on walkman even at 100%
Smooth UI and good touch response
Nice gaming
Volume bar issue fixed
Better and more stable wi-fi
Overheating fixed
Battery usage is like 4.1.2 (good)
Good antutu benchmark results (23500++) compared to 4.1.2 (21000+)

we can only hope the sony said on its website "Under Investigation
Android 4.4 (KitKat) for Sony Experia SP) briefly be with another android version and hopefully be better than this and that all errors are corrected.
