For me it's the same thing :S

I flashed straight up with no custom kernel and saw the same.

Looking inside the Zip, I've noticed that a lot of system files are missing. Don't know why. Maybe jokersax didn't finished this rom, I don't know.
Well, the reason this rom is not working is the missing files.

By the way, I have the 'older' version of this CM9, which is
ro.build.version.incremental=eng.jokersax.20120721.155929
http://www.mediafire.com/?7vtc12j9rmublx2

and v12 GApps
http://www.mediafire.com/?jbhus4n3ixw35k0

This version is pretty smoth here, I have problem only with browsers and camcorder. The games are smoothier in this CM9 than any CM10, CM7.2 or Blur roms I ever tested.

Want to ask if you did any reading at all about HDMI support on any ROM after CM7 or did you just say oh, i'll ask a question on a thread where the dl link is dead after its been said on many threads that there is no HDMI support.

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
