when i connect my tipo in fastboot mode my pc shows device unrecognized pc companion is installed please help.

Instal fastboot driver, they are in Flashtool driver. Or if you're in Windows 8.1 you need to disable corresponding usb root hub and it will work.

It's in Device Manager, disable one conect the phone if it's work ok, if not try another.

i have flashed fastboot drivers n its now connecting to flashtool but in fastboot still not connecting please help i am really very tired frm this device :'(

No, first you need to unlock bootloader then you can enter fastboot. Open Phone and dial *#*#7378423#*#* it will open service menu, press service info, configuration, at the bottom says Rooting Status: if it's Yes ( you can unlock bootloader) if it's No you can't.
