[Q] nvflash question

**EXTREME NOOB**

I have an ASUS TF700 unlocked with TWRP installed. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. I am able to get into Fastboot on my tablet.

In trying to follow the nvflash guide, I have no idea where to enter the commands. I tried entering them into cmd but that doesn’t work. Do I need to change the directory? If so, what do I change it to? (This info is not in the guide)

What is SDK? Do I need to install that on my PC first? (This is not in the guide)

I have read that people have installed the Universal Naked Driver. Unfortunately, I can only install one of the drivers from the Universal Naked Driver folder at a time. How are people installing all of the drivers?

I thought this was going to be simple and straight forward, but I am totally lost. I would like to have this taken care of before I start flashing ROMs.
