They didn't say on the disk drive either way. But it certainly sounds like it could happen with all the focus on streaming, a second processor for background downloading and uploading, they push the fact you can start playing streamed games before the download is finished, the fact that it can't "natively play PS3 games". If it can play a digital copy of a PS3 game why couldn't it play it off the disc?

I don't see a problem with a thread about next generation consoles if there's enough interest in this discussion. However, I would suggest renaming this thread to encompass a larger group of members who might be interested in them. Focusing on just one PS4 event seems like a waste of a thread in a busy forum like this one. Opening it up to all discussions about PS4, XBOX 720 (whatever it's called), etc. would be a much better idea.

Apparently there's not enough interest here to discuss a next generation gaming console based on the fact that all anyone wants to talk about is the thread itself instead of the topic.

Of all places I figured there would be a large audience here for the latest gaming news. Odd.
