However, after inputting shipping details to Australia, have noticed that shipping isn't free, as is stated on your site. Wondering if the free shipping is only available in the US or that the code isn't applying the free shipping option.

I'm sorry unfortunately it probably is only US free shipping. I can ask next time for a code possibly that is good for shipping elsewhere, but this one kinda just fell in our lap. I have no idea if it'll happen, but I can always try

and just posted a review of the Custom case with pics, check out the custom ones too. You lose the cool grippy diamonds of the Original Tough, but I haven't been slippin around yet
