Short of persevering (I.E try different stock roms - different Android versions, released by different carriers), try Hopper8's 'Odin won't flash' thread. Though it appears your flash has been successful, something is obviously not right (almost impossible to say what that might be given we're not there with you watching over your shoulder). Stuff like trying different cables, different USB ports, uninstalling/reinstalling Kies & even different PC's is worth trying (and other stuff in his thread). Also, try flashing a 3 part stock rom (as per Hopper's thread), this should wipe any 'remnants' which might be causing the issue you're seeing & might work (maybe try this first).
Also, I'm going to ask the obvious - if recovery is working, have you booted into recovery after flashing & done a wipe ? Obviously if you have no recovery you won't be able to do this.
If it's important enough to cause you grief if it's lost, back it up. No excuses
Trolling for thanks is lame
Does Samsung's auto-brightness implementation crap drive you to self-harm ? A solution !
