Bro....just wanna report that it doesnt work along with simplistic framework on deodex xxdma5 rom....it breaks the aosp lockscreen and revert to samsung stock lockscreen.....the crt effect works for less than a minute and then wont work....hope u can do ur magic and make it work with simplistic framework and simplistic control app....thanks again.....

OP says that depending the kernel you are on the MOD couls not work properly , to get it 100 % working you need PERSEUS kernel on your phone ... that kernel supports CRT effects..
it's up check LL7 for 7100
This rom does not work
Logo smasung and backloop.
I tried with all kernels.

Simplistic framework thread; and iam with the latest version available....v.3.0.1....which working fine with the latest xxdma5 or xxdma6 deodex rom...

Don`t want to update to latest version, it has simplistic framework wich i dont like, 7.3 is the latest without it.
I think i give it a try.
then check for the new files i puted in page 1 , redownload MA5-MA6 version of CRT , flash and tell me if it's all good.. it should work perfect with simplistic framework now

right away , question , you tried OMEGA version UBDLL3 ??
ok it's up, re-download the UDBLL3 version from post 1, it will now be perfect with OMEGA,
you need a custom kernel to have the CRT anim working all the time , if not the mod won't work properly , it's like that ...
PERSEUS kernel support CRT anim OFF , stock kernel don't ... on STOCK kernel CRT Anim works but not all the time.. that's why you need a custom one like OP says

Hey Guys , Me Again
For those who don't know me i come from HTC i use to make stuff's on devices like SENSATION and ONE X ( you can check my sig to see the work done there ) , got bored of them and came to Samsung and i love it.
Anyway , i ported the famous CRT-OFF Anim to GT7105-7100 and as it's the coolest mod ever made , i decide to share it with you guys

INSTALL instructions :
- Flashable ZIP
- Put ZIP on SD card
- Reboot Recovery
-Flash ZIP
- No need to wipe anything , my ZIP will wipe cache and dalvik
I can take request , as there are base and different ROM around the NOTE 2 section, feel free to task
INFO IMPORTANT :
- ONLY FOR DE-ODEXED ROM'S

Working perfect on PERSEUS Kernel.
- I need people to test it on other kernel ( would be great to test and report )
- IT WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CUSTOM KERNEL INSTALLED
( WORK PERFECT WITH PERSEUS , TEST AND REPORT ON OTHERS ONE )
if you have problem with CRT anim :
- go to Stweaks app
- scroll all the way to the right
- Get to "screen" option and put "200ms" on "front buffer early suspent delay"
- Reboot
- and test if it fixed it
