It really isn't! Get all the apps ready, the right busybox version, scriptmanager etc. Then just upload your services.jar to the web app and replace it, done. Unless you're having su problems like I was, then do the whole su replacement thing in post 2.

Then run the script as root, done! The instructions are long but its really very simple!
