I'm no pro, but did you do a complete wipe prior to jellybeans install? If not, I would first go into recovery see what it reports, then do complete internal storage wipe, data wipe, system wipe, both caches, everything, and reload. Then see where you stand. what's odd to me is that the system knows you have 16 gb storage but not telling you where it's going, so <imho> it's hidden to JB somehow. regardless, I think if you wipe it completely you'll be fine.
I just flashed jellybeans 4.3 and I have a lot of missing storage space. I have looked everywhere with a root explore but can't find it. Any ideas?
