[Q] How to clean Korean language for the korea Rom of P600

My Note P600 got Korea ROM, I have change the language and eare to English, however, when I use some apps, such as internet explorer or Weather,...) some Korean language appears. Please help me about solution to fix this? Or I need to up another ROM?

Can't fix that. It's the language inside the app.

So to clean this, I need to up a new ROM? Does new ROM get OTA upgrade or not?
