Both are mClock widgets.
Attached are all files
Instructions
a) LP set to Rows and Columns 10
b) When placing images using Desktop Vis use second option Desktop Vis (1x1) Small) ie NOT SS
c) Once on screen drag once to the right to expand image horizontally
Move to bottom right of screen and it will 'snap' nicely to the ladder.
d) In LP Advance Settings turn Elastic Scrolling OFF.
e) In LP Appearance Settings Check Disable Wallpaper Scrolling is ON
That should be it

If you mean the wallpaper , here you go :
Personally, it gets cumbersome to constantly write everything used for every set up. I find it easier if someone asks, I will always do my best to share anything I can. Sometimes it just seems like a waste of time to constantly type out everything used.@MarcusBremen
Yes, I'm new and I don't want to create a mess. Mine was just a suggestion for those who post these beautiful screens. It seemed simpler to me for those who (already) write the post to also indicate the setup rather than asking for it. As a newbie I see widgets, I see icons, it's possible that I also know how to apply them but what I'm missing is the most important information: what is it called? where can I find it? it's just my point of view.
