Hello
i recently bought a samsung galaxy s duos 2 for my mom on 31st from Amazon
it seems alright but she started to complain about the voice getting echoed
is this normal or is my phone defected?
or is there any fix for this
please help !

It may be defective. If it is unbearable, take it the service centre, maybe they will help you out.
