My best battery backup till now
Note:- mostly all apps freezed hike,whatsapp n surfing all the time..
I charge my phone with mi powerbank from that time i'm having an increase in my battery
Note I always charge my phone from 1-100%

Some of the things that i first do on every android i can lay my hands on !
# Turn off location services
# Turn off auto-sync
# Restrict background data
# Try to use 2g if possible. That surely makes hell lot of a difference in the juice ur phone can deliver !
# If u wanna go further, u may try greenify using root access, though i have never tried that but i guess that too saves some useful battery % !!

Hey guys, willing to buy this. I'm a stock trader so all my weekdays mobile is on with 3g data and about an half an hour calling from 9 to 4 (7 hours approx), screen will remain active due to stock ticker on NSE app running all the time. Please let me know if this phone has enough juice to stay alive on 3g and with active screen and little bit of calling for about 7-8 hours? 5 hours will also do as I can meanwhile use old mobile after 5 hours.
Currently I'm using a cubot model purchased from Philippines but came out to be a China crap. Battery dies 1% every minute and lasts about an hour and half. That's when 3g is on, screen open, background restricted, no gps active, no other battery hogger active. Thus urgency arised. Moto E looks best bet in cheap phones. Can't buy costly due to frequent theft in office. Please guide. Thanks.

Little late for this reply but for those with the same requirements
Go for it...
My battery works for 7-8 hours when I use to for continuous gaming and if it can last for that then it will obviously last at least 5 hours as per your requirement. I can say it will last a lot more than that.

That issue on moto G is fixed by motorola in 4.4.4 and i didnt come across any such problem in moto E1My best battery backup till now
