Re: Toro teathering

Could someone kindly elaborate on this one? I've been struggling on getting ad-hoc wifi working, I'm hoping this is the fix to do it!

You are asking for a comment on Pete's Toro (VZW Galaxy Nexus) ROM, but this thread is about Grouper (Nexus 7), not Toro. Nevertheless, I would give you a better answer if I knew one.

Correct, I added all the changes he outlined regardless of device. I suppose I could clean that up...but it takes time and I'm lazy/just doing this to help out fellow enthusiasts.

I suggest flashing the 8/07 build. Google updated source to 4.1.1r4 and Pete has incorporated it into BB.

Cache wipe should be fine.

Awesome ROM. No complaints, but there is one question I had.... is the lock screen supposed to rotate to landscape mode even if I have rotation lock on? Once I unlock, it goes back to portrait

Nice! Downloading and flashing now. Stock jellybean is great and I'm trying to stay as close to stock as possible. I think this will be perfect for me. I've used bugless beast in the past and it has always been a smooth aosp experience. Oops! I'm wasting time here. Downloads done. I'll be back after flashing!

Posting on behalf of peteralfonso aka bugless pete. All credit to him--just sharing his work. The bugless ROMs are similar to the stock AOSP experience. If you like AOSP, I highly recommend giving this ROM a spin.

Was expecting more to be changed in 4.1.2 but none the less it runs well :)

About to flash this now, just one question, what's grouper? Don't flame me if its something I should already know. I'm normally flashing stuff on Samsung devices and I've never heard of it.

    Development/Code name for nexus 7.
