There are two download urls on the download site for this one. I just tried the second one and it seems to be downloading well enough. You might give it a try.

Could someone kindly elaborate on this one? I've been struggling on getting ad-hoc wifi working, I'm hoping this is the fix to do it!

Correct, I added all the changes he outlined regardless of device. I suppose I could clean that up...but it takes time and I'm lazy/just doing this to help out fellow enthusiasts.
Works great as well. No issues here. Wiped then flashed. Everything works so far I can tell...even Google Wallet doesn't have the "unsupported device" error...:victory:

I did see this, but the heading at the top of that page specifically mentions ICS and not JB, or anything to do with this build specifically so that was confusing. Thanks for being unhelpful.
Nice! Downloading and flashing now. Stock jellybean is great and I'm trying to stay as close to stock as possible. I think this will be perfect for me. I've used bugless beast in the past and it has always been a smooth aosp experience. Oops! I'm wasting time here. Downloads done. I'll be back after flashing!
