A fake "Samsung" 6110 Tablet from philippines

I got this from my brother during his trip to the Philippines for christmas and it came pre rooted. Is there any way to like install CWM on this so I can make a NANDROID just in case mistakes happen? And is there a way to speed up this slow tablet? I think is single core.

boss anong error meron jan sa 6110 m? sira rin 2ng sken. d xa ma reset or ma factory reset. haggang samsung logo lng. tska android robot n naka higa.
