Re: [ROM][4.2.2][AOKP/CM/PA] SGH-T999 Vanilla RootBox [26/02][v3.8][DEVELOPMENT THREA

I was wondering, is it possible in one of the next builds to have increased vibration intensity? Because maybe it's just me, but it's a lot weaker than stock. Also, I have a question, I would ask this in the Q&A but I might as well post it with this post. Is it possible to keep the notification sound from constantly going? Because when I get a text message, the hangout notification that I have selected doesn't just sound off once, it keeps going until I read the message.

Check out Rom Control / Sound to fix your notification issue, and for the vibration intensity, try another kernel... KT747 allows you to adjust it... Not sure that's something the ROM itself controls.

This is a development thread... No need for these kinds of posts.

It's not as "active" as you think it should be because all the excess and useless chatter just isn't tolerated here. As a matter of fact, it's been cleaned more than once with warnings from the Mods. No need for crazy battery posts or when is the next update questions. This is a professional level ROM with a professional level thread.

Much thanks to Bajee and the rest of the Rootbox team for putting together a rock solid, full-featured and speedy ROM. The lack of issues results in very little "activity" as people are happy using this ROM trouble free! This ROM might not get the hype or chatter of others, but this is a much used ROM. I'm happy this thread is this way as important and useful posts are not buried. The lack of "activity" is actually a blessing.

New Feature : Breathing SMS notification

Thanks to Kroz for the amazing idea and icons.

What does it do: Instead of having an static icon for SMS notifications in statusbar, this feature will make the icon fade in/out giving it a breathing effect.

Quick question, you wouldn't happen to have a separate download for those wallpapers now will you?

After flashing the latest nightly, 3/8, I couldn't access my ext SD card. Reverting back to 3/6 fixed the issue.

I faced the same sd card issue but I noticed the nightly was pulled from Goomanager. I'm sure the dev is already on the issue.

I'm experiencing on two phone every few days the buttons go funky and respond as if your pressing and holding them resetting the phone fixes it.

I've had that issue too, on this Rom and pacman, but I blamed it on the kernel I was using, cause when I reflashed the kernel I was using, with its proper wipe cache and dalvik cache, the problem went away for several days until coming back.

Does anyone know how to get the native facebook sync working? It worked on previous versions but now it wont ask to sync contacts when i first log into facebook.

Seriously? Didn't we just answer this for u on another thread? This is a dev thread not a q&a I'd like it if this doesn't get locked again so let's keep it to dev issues with logcats...
If u can't figure out fb sync after 3 ppl answered Ur question - this ROM is not for u. Stick to touchwiz
