Default Flashed AOKP JB 4.1.1- Now I'm in Trouble

I flashed AOKP JB 4.1.1 the other day, started having trouble with google play and other apps force closing. When I attempted to flash back to a different rom I couldn't connected to my computer via usb. Also on some apps it's stating my sd card is not mounted. I'm not too sure what to do now.

Can anyone help?

So what rom r u on nnow? Did you full wipe before flashing aokp what recovery do u have and why do u need access to your computer to flash another rom.? Unless you updated to 2.20 or your transferring the zip to your phone

I'm still running aokp, minus my camera and other things. I completed a full wipe, i have twrp 2.2.0 for recovery. I was transferring the zips to my phone.

You have to connect your phone via cable, go into TWRP, click Mount and then it will appear on your computer. Download what ever you want to flash, close out everything before you disconnect from your phone and you're ready to go back into recovery and flash as normal.

Thanks again. I had to go back to clean rom 4.1 but it's working and I'll just start over.
