I have a samsung galaxy s3 (Model SGH-i747 at&t). unblocked, but I'm prblems to connect to the wifi network, I was told at&t blocks this option on their phones for that can only be accessed from it's hotspos, they recommended me to root on the phone and install an application for tethering, I did root the phone but do not know what application to use or how this works.
