Hello

I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which recently upgraded to 4.4.2 from 4.3. However, certain apps, such as those that record phone calls, have stopped working.

How can I downgrade the system to 4.4.1, 4.4 or 4.3 please?

Regards

The Samsung Support told me, that a downgrade is only in a Support Center possible, when your fon is not rooted or Knox flagged. When Knox or root triped, you have to pay a Service and will get your warranty back. 4. 4.1 is not possible because after 4.3 came 4.4.2 only.

best regards

You can't downgrade from kitkat 4.4.2 to JB 4.3

Call recording is working on the newer kitkat firmwares
