I've just tested this LUHLA1 on my unlocked device.
It shows the lock as well, so if you want to unlock yours, then you have to flash a different ROM.
I guess, any/some custom ROM might help.

I did the following:
Flashed the LUHLA1 version via Odin, but left out the CSC part.
This way my phone was unlocked again
I warn you, without the home provider CSC You might lose some functionality, eg 3G...
