I had the same problem today after update v2.1
My Nokia X2 is stuck on the Nokia logo,, i tried every possible way to open it. but i failed..
update v2.1 can not install google apps. do you do install google apps?

Hello, on my X2DS version 2.1.0.11, I install google services 6.1 not root for some apps.
Yesterday I did a factory reset on the phone. Everything came and gone as is a brand new except Google Service 6.1.
After the factory reset finished, the Google Services is still there and it even the first services to ask for logon account, before miscrosoft. What does this mean, I dont know why
I have use Software Recovery Tool, Retail Update etc etc
