Just like thank the dev. This is a very good kernel. Very smooth. Just one question all those CPU steps from 25mhz to 1500mhz .would it drain more battery.all other kernel starts from 200mhz.apart from that its the smoothest kernel so far .I have been trying out kernel for last 4 weeks .at last I found one .if the battery is good I will stick with it
nice to hear that someone likes it I have uploaded v1.8 with Freq from 100-1400MHz, Siyah-v3.1 and some other little changes ... like RCU_BOOST etc. ..
PS: try the app "CPU Spy" and you will see the used freq. from the kernel, less MHz => less voltage => better battery-time but 50 & 25MHz are really slow, so I revert some changes
HeE
I will b honest with it is even smoother then siyah. The home screen scrolling is so smooth. How come u can do it but all the other dev can't

is it possible to set BLN led_timeout with Voku kernel? from what i read so far, looks like it cant.... any suggestions?
thanks!
Just check if the file is there..
/sys/class/misc/notificaion/led_timeout
use root explorer or something similar.
its not there! if i create one with required value, will it work? if u know do answer... i might as well give it a try?
thanks!
nope!
this is the path right?
/sys/class/misc/backlightnotification/led_timeout
This kernel also support Extweaks. And it also uses my previous default profile from siyah.
Have installed 2.3 on my phone running Hydrogen ICS and downloaded extweka but it is saying the kernel is not compatible. Reinstalled Siyah and extweaks works fine.
Any ideas?
