HOWTO

to flash cm7 rom you have to take 3 steps (after unpacking the 7z archive)

step 1 - copy update.zip and GAPPS ADDON to sdcard

step 2 - flash new kernel (always use the kernel provided in CM7 / it is incompatible with stock ROM)

ON PC - run fastboot flash boot boot.img (an black window will open and will stay open untill kernel is flashed)
ON PHONE - put phone in fastboot mode (power off then press lower right key and plug usb cable) and phone LED will light BLUE

step 3
- when phone is booting (FreeXperia Logo) press volume down key several times to enter recovery
- choose apply update from sdcard and select rom
- choose apply update from sdcard and select GAPPS
- wipe device
- reboot

You're such a tease... I've been a fan of your work every since you, max, binary, and z rooted the x10 and made that community what it is today!! So yes please develop for the arc

Yes J please include the Arc in your efforts. It's quite disappointing to see that even though the phone is unlocked and has root, there are no ROMs out yet for the phone. I thought devs would've flocked to the Arc. Guess they all went the SGS2 forums. lol. Dont regret the Arc though. Fantastic phone and makes the SGS2 look like an ogre!

Make sure you get the one (unbranded) so you can have the bootloader unlocked when you need it.

seems that we have found an arc from user Mano1982 bootloader unlocked

we are waiting his answer

in the meantime we are preparing arc integration in freexperia and we have created device folder

first untested rom will arrive in 2-3 days
