Try doing fresh install and format your sdcard...

really dont want to format my sd card have a sweet warren build on there fully configured will try to re-download and install.

Woah I just saw something unprecedented. Am I crazy? As I'm typing I see the "quietly brilliantly" appear under HTC so I think ok cool, and then I'm taken back to winmo.

EDIT: Ignore the retard. I read the system.ext error but didn't see it on my screen so I figured I was golden. Just saw it. So, ignore me.

EDIT #2: 1.7 Update also corrupted

    IMPORTANT=READ!!
This build has something new to the hd2 community, custom commands. You can find them in the ultimate menu (settings -> ultimate (1st menu)). You can mess around all you want, but be advised, there some dangerous and powerful commands there, if you don't know what you're doing, don't touch them

    DISCLAIMER
This build is provided as is. Everything works with the kernel provided (hastarin 8.5.1_oldcam). If you change to another kernel such as MDJ and something stops working, we won't be hold responsible. If you change anything and still complain, your post will be ignored.

    Features
    cedesmith initrd used
You can read Arabic letters in websites now :D
    FM Radio
512mb data.img included in the build, if you want more, download them from the extras.

    Pretty cool theme
    Automatic brightness works 100%
LedMeKnow app included to control led notifications..
    hot reboot
    fix_permission
changing fonts on the fly (requires hot reboot and an active internet connection)
changing bootscreens (requires hot reboot and an active internet connection)
Download and install custom apps with a simple click
    hot reboot

and many more! discover for yourself

    Working

    Everything is working for me...

    Installition and tips

Extract the Android folder (with all files in in) to root of your SD Card. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
    - You canot keep your data.img from other roms... Do a clean install please..(You can try if you want but don't come here crying :D)
    - If you already have an Android folder on your SD Card DELETE IT OR RENAME IT, because this version MAY BE INCOMPATIBILE with older releases !!!
    - After copyng everything to your SD Card ensure you have at least 600 Mb free space for data store
    - After you have done all steps go into Android folder and tap CLRCAD (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET.
    - If you get some strange errors, or Android does not work, try to reformat SD card and try everything from the start.

If that does not help, I suggest you to change your rom and radio with my personal ones(Check my siggy!!!)

    Screenshots here : http://androidappreview.net/taking-gingerbread-for-a-test-drive-ultimate-droid-3-screenshot-tour/

do NOT use "USB Mass strg" option from magldr - if you don't have a card reader, use CWM function to mount your card.
recommended but not needed - format your sdcard with a sdcard formatter
    , here: http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/sd/download/index.html

    1) If you're new to all of this read this: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=893948

    2) you need CWM (ClockWorkMod) 1.2 or higher - props to RaiderX303
    Files and Tutorial here http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=898913

2.1)Now follow the tutorial for CWM and use this partition layout zip http://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=490084&stc=1&d=1295076949

    3) The rom is here: http://www.multiupload.com/Q3JCP775XQ
    MD5: 3ae11ab21c77f9729ddb0d2a73b1d846
(the md5 is here for a reason, so do a md5sum on the file you downloaded - google "md5sum" if you don't know what this is)

    - included in latest beta - The gps-fix is here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=10666991&highlight=gps+fix#post10666991 Credits to Gauner and Diem, and thanks Yom for the flashable zip

if you want your apps on the sdcard (app2sd) follow this tutorial: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=905089
use the signed zip here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=715116

copy your zip files to your sdcard root (with apps2sd.zip, if you're using it)

    4) to boot on magldr let the power button pressed for 10s,
choose "Boot AD SD", CWM will start
it's recommended to CWM wipe data and cache

now choose install zip from sdcard next choose a zip from sdcard
    and choose the jdms1.7-beta2.1.zip file
repeat the operation with the gpsfix zip file
and repeat again if you use the app2sd
then reboot, magldr will automatically boot on nand
you're done ! the boot long approximatively 1mn
    Build MiniChangelog:
    Code:
    beta 2.2
•gps fix included (credit to gauner and diem)
•loud voice fix (still robot voice on first call)
    •multitouch fixed (gmaps 5)
    •tweaked initrd

•crw_kernel - OC enabled to 1.3, default at 998 and UnderVolt added - see kernel changelog

    •EB kernel (flashed apart)

    beta 2.1
•changed initrd to ensure Android is using /cache partition
I recommend using at least a 30mb cache partition, although i tested
with 20mb and Angry Birds (my test app) is downloaded and installs
all this cache talk resumes in: less cache, more user data (for leo512 users).
    I repeat, i recommend at least 30mb
•improved build performance, it's even smoother now (or should be)
•changed default music app to miui-music player from 1.6.2
    •included my kernel - r1.2

PS: you might experience a longer boot time, this is normal.

    beta 2
•fixed market not downloading some apps
•implemented ram the way it should be done
credit to darkstone for the method

    beta 1.1
    •fix data
•crawlingcity kernel r1 - No OC, No UV, SMARTASS, gsensor patch and more

    beta 1.0
    •gps fixed
    •new gapps (including new market)
    •FC on some apps fixed.
Kernel Only r1.3 with OC and UV optional - read changelog - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/WBFXMYJ5VW
Kernel Only r1.2 - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/8UHYTHSJDI
Kernel Only EB - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/Y5GTTXGPIC
this EB is hastarin's r8.6 with RMNET, several filesystems (yaffs2 - to boot from nand)
zip layout not compatible with previous build versions - made for ram

    Kernel MiniChangelog:
    Code:
    r1.3
    •added OC - default is 998
•added UV - optional - use hastarin's UV script for this - get it [URL="http://www.multiupload.com/CDQSTRZ3CT"]here[/URL]
(if you don't know how to tweak this, don't touch the files. just use the kernel without any tweaks)

    r1.2
    •minor tweaks to yaffs2 performance

    r1.1
    •some cleanups

    r1.0
    •fixed SMARTASS

    TODO:
    Code:
    Code:
    - arabic support
    - option to data2sd

    Recommendations and advices:

•Space available for EU_LEO 180mb - more than enough to me
Don't choose reboot, choose shutdown. (some users will have high battery drain using reboot, i don't have it. the choice is yours)
•Robot voice - known issue - first call, turn speaker on, turn off speaker, end call. no more robot voice. if you do have robot voice again, repeat the process.

After a while you really need to do a backup, use the CWM backup fonction (it works well), to access it turn off you're phone and press the power button for 10s and you will boot on MAGLDR choose the "Boot AD SD"

CAUTION: when restoring with CWM do NOT restore system or boot, just restore data and/or cache. If you restore system and boot you're are reverting to the previous version (rom and kernel). Go into advance restore - pick your restore point - choose data. If you want to restore extra user Apps i recommend using mybackup or titanium backup
If you have app2sd backup it as well.

    Atoore JDMS Android FAQ

    Last Updated: Nov 9 2010 8:07 MST
This faq is under construction.. if you have any comments or
recommendations, please pm them to me here or to Atoore.
    Thanks
    -cope

    [JDMS Android General FAQ]
    Differences in Atoore builds:
PPP - based off the EVO kernel which offers superior device performance and faster data transfer rates
RMNET - based off the outdated nexus kernel: modified for users with PPP data issues. RMNET network interface is slower then PPP and is based of a kernel that is no longer being actively developed
Themed - android interface the way JDMS meant it to be. White text on black notification bar, modified UI - fonts, theme, wallpaper, etc.
Stock - android interface the way Cyanogenmod meant it to be. Black text on white notification bar, stock cm6 UI - fonts, theme, wallpaper, etc.

    Builds:
Themed PPP - evo based JDMS mod & theme
Stock PPP - evo based Android stock cm6 mod & theme
Themed RMNET - nexus based JDMS mod & theme
Stock RMNET - nexus based Android stock cm6 mod & theme

***NOTE: use 7z to do the unzipping of downloaded build/kernel files. 7z is more reliable then other 'cabinet/archiver' file software & is strongly recommended by kernel and build devs to be the unzip software thats used on their files.*** http://www.7-zip.org/

[Bootup & Installation Issues - Solutions & Tips]
Android just will not boot no matter what i do (updated nov 2 2010)
Format your sdcard: I suggest boot winmo, go to settings->advanced->all settings->connections->usb to pc and chose removable drive access type.. NOT ACTIVESYNC. sync to pc (it wont use activesync or device center to sync.. it will simply show up as a remove drive under "my computer" - HERE you will be able to format the sdcard like a regular windows drive (winmo's internal memory will not be touched during the format)(more advanced users... use a partition util such as "MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition" to quickly recreate a fat32 partition on the sdcard.) choose default values and fat32.
Re-download the build files: Incase your first download was corrupt.
Unrar/7z the build files to your pc's desktop: when unzipped youll have a new Android folder on your desktop. Copy this via windows explorer to ur hd2:\sdcard\ - when done copying, youll have the folder \sdcard\Android on your memcard. Run clrcad, and haret (I recommend Exceller Multi Build Loader to have dual boot option and run clrcad and haret automatically when winmo starts up) Keep in mind your first boot could take up to ten minutes .. but shouldnt take any longer. Make sure there's at least 1.5 gb free space on your mem card prior to first boot.
If you've actually done all the above and still are having issues: your last step is to replace your memory card <- users have reported that they replaced their memory card and android booted perfect first try.

My windows mobile rom is making android not work right
WRONG. Android shuts winmo off completely, in essence booting the system clean, regardless of what windows mobile rom you have installed Read this!
(the stock htc hd2 rom which was no good to begin with WILL mess with anything you install be it in winmo or android. If you are looking to upgrade from your stock rom there are lots of choices, I recommend CleanEx Core by g.lewarne - download @ vbn).
    ----
Atoore recommends OzDROID ROM(Bare WM ROM With Bootloader)

I want to try the latest zImage(Kernel)
!Make sure you rename your current zImage and Module files before you overwrite them, incase the new ones dont jive with your build! That being said, occasionally new zImage & Modules cause certain symptoms, ie: (some) builds freeze, data indicators dont work in notification bar, somtimes BT is broken. !!Updating your kernel/modules should be done ONLY if you are prepared to do some testing (and smart enough to backup the current files first)!!
Read here how to do this and why its important to also update your modules at the same time

[Hardware Issues - Solutions & Tips]
Backlight Fix - thanks to fpar
This is a CM6 based build so it is possible to modify the backlight levels from the CyanogenMod options in settings:
1)Simply go to Settings - CyanogenMod Settings - User Interface - Automatic Backlight.
2)Tick the box to use Custom Light Levels
    3)Edit Other Levels
4)Increase the values under screen so that under dim light conditions the phone is usable.
    5)Go to Settings - Display - Brightness
6)Tick auto brightness and enjoy!!! (Do this even if was ticked before because editing the light levels turns it off.)
    ----
Alternative solution via command (thanks to memin1857):
    adb shell "echo 90 > /sys/class/leds/lcd-backlight/brightness"

    No sound
Make sure you are running the clrcad.exe file just prior to running haret.exe
    clrcad.exe enables sound in android

    No "Audible Selection/Keyboard/Lockscreen" Sounds
I posted a solution for this issue here. Thankyou to cezzarmicu for bringing this to my attention.

How do I keep the screen on when connected to external power? -griffin911
go to settings - application settings - development - check the box that says stay awake -palosjr

    Negative color Screen
Removing USB cable from the phone and re-activating it after going standby, the screen colors turned to "negative"... everything like white with low contrast. After rebooting everything back fine. -camillo777

LED / Auto backlight settings / Misc other
NOTE!! LED Notification Config Screen is not present in JDMS 1.5 - Developer is aware of this!!
Settings -> CyanogenMod settings -> User interface ->
Keep in mind that the hd2 has two colors of led Orange and Green. lol so dont pick blue and expect ur device's led to glow blue.

    End Call Button Config
Use spare parts app and it allows you to change the end call action. -cruise284

Android Screen Resolution - change density value
Android developer website Based on the screen resolution, the spread of pixels across the physical width and height of the screen...
How to change density value (I use 180).
NOTE: Some older apps do not scale properly when you increase the resolution, if you start the 'spare parts' app -> enable or disable 'compatibility mode' fixes SOME of the issues.

    Battery not charging to 100%
Shutdown the device completely, and let it charge until the LED turns green, then boot up.
or Get a 3rd party dockstation that has a spare battery charge slot on it and charge your battery outside the device.

USB device is recognized by pc, but when I look in 'my computer', it shows up as a removable disk drive (X) and asks me to insert a disk when clicked -jsanders8
After you connect via usb, check the notifications panel on your Android. You should see 'USB Connected' Click that and a screen will pop up with a button at the bottom that says 'Turn on USB Storage'. Press that. Done. (!See the "why can't I see my file after its been copied" question)

USB mass storage mode Automatically enabling: when you connect your device to usb.
Symptoms: Cannot play music, cannot install apps, some apps dont work right, sdcard is unmounted...
    Read through this post
reported causes: doubletwist, winamp... (more in the link)

[Software Issues - Solutions & Tips]
There are several ways to gain access to protected Android System Files
    eStrongs File Explorer:
from the marketplace: get 'estrongs file explorer' Install and run the app.
Press the physical windows key, goto settings. Scroll to the bottom and select 'Root options'.
Enable 'Root Explorer' answer YES, then OK (!dont change the 'select ROM' it will autodetect!)
    Enable 'Mount File System'.
Press the pysical <- button two times and you should be at '/sdcard/'.
Press '/' on screen and the file browser will display /system/
Scroll down the list until you find the 'system' folder and enter it.
Here you will find the ACTUAL build.prop file which you can now directly edit.
Here you will also find a folder called /SYSTEM/APP/ which is where all your programs are installed to. (SO if you want to delete a program you can do it directly from here)
There are other uses for estrongs 'Enable Root Explorer' mode, but thats up to you.
!!Dont forget to disable both options in estrongs 'Root Options' when done. And dont mess with something if you dont know what your doing.. you've been warned!!
--> ADB: users who have used adb are welcome to write up something to put here
--> Terminal: users who have used terminal are welcome to write up something to put here
    Reboot - Copy over method:
Any file you place in /SDCARD/Android/AndroidApps & /SDCARD/Android/root/-> will get copied over the real 'root' system when android reboots. ie: /sdcard/android/root/system/build.prop you can directly modify this file, without root access. When android reboots, it will copy over the ACTUAL /system/build.prop

Installing apk was unsuccessful... I can download apps, but just can't update them. - HeavyComponent
If you are trying to update an app that came pre installed with your build, the problem you are running into -without getting into to much detail here- is that you are trying to update .apk files that are currently protected in the /system/app folder. Read "how to gain access to protected android system files". Becareful when you uninstall your launcher software!! - ie: if you uninstall launcher pro, how are you going to launch the market or even a file explorer to install the new new version? right? so to get around this install a different launcher (just temporarily) ie if you you want to update launcherpro. install adw first. after install, press the home hardkey. it will ask you which launcher you want to display your home with, choose always use and adw. then goto /system/app and delete your old launcherpro apk. REBOOT (thanks lufeig for the extra step) then goto the market, install the new version of launcherpro, then you can uninstall adw. common sense gets you around this one. Same goes for all apps like ie: checkers youtube etc.

Installation of app begin's but then fails (ie: angry birds via marketplace)
If you keep getting an install failed error from an app you are trying to install, goto Settings-> SD card & phone storage -> tap 'Unmount SD card'. Try to install the app again. This time it will finish sucessfully. When install is complete, remember to go back to SD card & phone storage and tap 'Mount SD card".

Another user discusses it here. The current solution is to reboot Android and the file system will see the files you copied to it after bootup.

    GPS Not Working - mattfmartin
For those having trouble with GPS. Make sure your your right country is listed in the top line of the gps.conf file located in /system/etc... If not here is how you edit it. Should look like YOUR COUNTRY.pool.ntp.org You will first have to make your system read/write for these changes to be saved properly.
    1. Open Terminal Emulator from main menu;
    2. type in 'su' without quotes and press enter;
(You will see a pop-up asking for permission to allow super user rights, tap on 'yes')
    3. Next line, type in 'mount -o remount rw /system' without quotes and press enter
    4. type exit press enter;
    5. Type exit again and press enter. This will close terminal emulator.
Now, go to Astro file manager, browse to /system/etc/ folder. Tap on gps (might say gps.conf at some places) and choose file editor.
Make the changes so it shows your country in the first line and press 'Menu' key (Windows hard button), choose save there.
Press back key, you might again get a pop up to save changes, choose to save and you are done.
Finally, remount in Terminal Emulator by typing: mount -o remount r /system

GPS Slow to Lock to Satellites
Most likely the gps servers are set incorrectly for your region, and thus when you start your gps, it takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to find the correct satellites. (just give it 10 mins it will work.. keep ur device awake and network connection on)
basst85 - check /system/etc/gps.conf the file must contain the following content:
(NOTE: to edit gps.conf you must have read/write enabled for system files, this post has instructions on how to do this w/estrongs files explorer. there are otherways, but if you do not have read write access your editing to gps.conf will not be saved)
