2. Connect your DHD via USB - charge only

Nice one!!!
I wonder if you could make another one a bit more professional if you know what I mean
With Revolution HD, HTC Desire HD, S-OFF, that kind of stuff, if you know what I mean. Also the background pic would be better in my opinion if it had something like a droid scene...
Just my preference.
Thanks a lot for what you have done, it is great!!!!

I'd like that as well - this is awesome, but something a bit more "safe for work" would be excellent too. Plus I'm sure there must some female DHD users out there! ;)

So you want Brad Pitt :p:D:p

I will do a Droid version sooner or later, but with a (hopefully) sophisticated and elegant approach. For now I reboot my DHD 5 times more often then usual. Guess why...:D

BTW - since some guys were asking:

For those guys fooling around with bootanimation and especially splash screen, who are in need for a return ticket to stock white HTC splash and bootanimation, here it is:

Just copy the following zip to your SD, boot into bootloader and approve the update request with volume up. The original white HTC splashscreen and bootanimation will be restored.

wrong thread - here it is all about splash screens, not bootanimations.

Just my opinion... Isn't it easier when splashes and bootanims can be found in the same thread? I think that spashes and bootanims that are designed to be used together give the best result. Wouldn't it be extra complicated if those had to be posted in different threads?

Near Paris...
With Madeli authorization because he had a big part about this screen, I purpose a black splash screen with Marvin (from H2G2) that I made :)

You can see a screenshot in file attach

To install it, get your phone into bootloader fastboot, and run commands: (splash1.img has to be in the same folder as fastboot.exe)

run commands said:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash splash1 splash1.img
fastboot reboot

Some quick splashes I made, you have to have ENG S-OFF to put it into your phone. Get phone into bootloader fastboot, and run commands: (googlesplash.img has to be in the same folder as fastboot.exe)

    Code:
    fastboot flash splash1 splashname.img
    fastboot reboot
    5
Heres my Splash screen, just whipped it up :)

splash1 - left (for those who like it simple)
    splash2 - right

Download in .zip file, extract and do commands in OP .. enjoy!

Just got my Desire HD today.

Here's my first splash screen using my own photography.

Anyway, must be off - I have many things to customise!
