[Q] otg remote screen

ok so i got an old broken e4gt, the screen is non existent, broken in all possible forms, but i'm certain the internal computer works fine, so, i'm thinking maybe there's an app out there that can do this, i want to plug my htc one(m7ul) to my e4gt, using a otg cable on the e4gt and a regular usb cable on the m7, and use the m7 screen to control the e4gt, is there an app that can do this, or a tool/rom/recovery/anything? i cannot use the usual screencast approach cuz the e4gt has no part of the screen working or visible, and usb debug status is unknown, root status is unknown, now the m7 is rooted and customized, s-off and all, so, any way to take control of an android phone by another phone over otg? sorta like a usb otg monitor/mouse controller app? or any other way to take it over that i haven't mentioned? please help
