Don't exaggerate, if the Matrix Trilogy has taught us anything then we all know we can beat the terminators.

Ok. Seems how no one else has done this recently here is a an actual list of things that work and things that don't as well as bugs.
Works;
WiFi
Data
Touch screen
All the general phone features except for those in the bugs section.
Not working
There isn't anything that flat out doesn't work except the PlayStation pocket app and crash ba
dindicoot
Bugs
Phone randomly unlocks and plays a song at a random volume.
Keyboard and auto correct are dumb as ****.
Keyboard in the browser doesn't always come up, only fix is a a reboot.
Messages in the text message app don't always appear.
Lock screen music player doesn't seem to correspond to any music app
Status bar isn't always accesible from the lock screen.
Trying to select text in this window makes the cursor wig out an fly everywhere
Sometimes you'll be typing then the cursor will jump to the top of the text making you type into words
Trying to copy and paste in the browser is about as easy as picking a granual of sugar off a piece of dog crap while wearing boxing gloves
There are other things so I'll update later. I'm sorry for the people that dont like this but if I install a Rom that says bug free and I find this many bugs, I'm gonna say something.
Thx, I just decided to continue for Play anyway
Let's go bug hunting!!!!

Granule of sugar-dog crap-boxing gloves? So you are saying its possible? Haha, We love a challenge here at XDA. LolTrying to copy and paste in the browser is about as easy as picking a granual of sugar off a piece of dog crap while wearing boxing gloves
==Installation instructions==
Important! Only for unlocked bootloader
Sony recommended to flash the ICS rom only if you are on .62 firmware with .64 baseband, but in Neo and Arc forum there are users with other basebands and a working rom (with minor problems mostly)
- Copy KA13_Ice_Cream_Sony_Play.zip to the root of your sd-card
- First download the kernel of your choice
- rename it to boot.img and place it in the same folder as your fastboot files
- Open a command window in the same folder and type: Fastboot flash boot boot.img => Flash the ICS kernel
- [stock kernel] hotboot any custom kernel: Fastboot boot boot.img => boot into ICS custom kernel
- Boot your phone into recovery
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset, Wipe Cache and Advanced => Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Flash zip from sdcard and flash the rom
- Reboot your phone and enjoy
I am not responsible for damage to your device, use at own risk!
==KA14 Ice Cream Sony [in the next week]==
- Based on Sony 4.0.4 Sources from Ray/Neo/Arc firmware .431
- Optimized tweaks
- Fixed SystemUI no statusbar and no wallpaper problem (GSM only)
- Deodexed
Sorry buddy, but cant you just search the thread for that? I posted a fix for that some weeks ago, just use the search and be happy .
I'm in my exams now and also developping for 2012 line. We have 2 phones of Xperia 2012 line here now and I'm putting too much time in XDA so I'm sorry to announce I'm going to quit the Xperia 2011 devices very soon.
Thanks for understanding,
