I just noticed where facebook has uploaded Facebook Pages Manager. But until now (04/Jan/2013) can only be downloaded by those who use canada market.

This application can be downloaded if you install market enabler and converting applications to market canada.

i'm not sure either it legal to upload the apk... if anybody can confirm it, i will upload it..

There is no rule saying you can't share it, as if I travelled to Canada I would be able to download it myself.
I would be thankful if you could post a link or, if you wish, share privately.

i don't understand why :
1: facebook only put it in some country markets
2: even more stupid : why not offer this possibility in the facebook app ...
